Tri-City Hospital Foundation and financial expert George
Chamberlin will present two seminars in November for
seniors to help them learn how to stay financially and
physically healthy. The Health Insurance Counseling &
Advocacy Program (HICAP) will also be presented. This
program provides free, objective information about
Medicare. Volunteer counselors can help you understand
your specific rights and health care options. HICAP
also offers free educational presentations to groups of
Medicare beneficiaries, their families and providers on
Medicare and other health insurance-related topics.
• Nov. 15, 4 p.m., Shadowridge Country Club,
1980 Gateway Drive, Vista—Dr. Janet Dunlap will discuss
Mazor Robotics Back Surgery.
• Nov. 21, 4 p.m., Courtyard Marriott, 3501 Seagate
Way, Oceanside—Dr. Christine Nguyen will speak on
acupuncture.
